The movement of the fillinghead or filling valve is done by elektrical motor for precies movement for special bottle/packaging forms or foaming products.
The filling machine is part of a modulair buildingstone concept and can easily be extended or more automised for automatic filling Lines.

Semi-automatic filling machine specific designed for the filling of foaming and non foaming products as well as High viscose products. Als products with particals can be filled with this system. The dosing takes place by means of weight based filling. So the dosing volume can be set digital and is very precise by dosing with fine and fast filling. The weigh platform can be chosen by demand from 2-6000grs, 10-15000grs or 25-30.000grs. Product feed can be made on gravity or by a specific pump (centrifugal, impellor, membram, hosepump, etc.) The pump is integrated into the machine.

Semi-automatische Volumetrische Vulmachine (optie op gewicht), Type VMVx-TTSemi-automatische Vulmachine op gewicht, Type VMVx-TT-SLe. Semi-automatische Afvulmachine uitermate geschikt voor het afvullen van dunvloeibare tot medium visceuze homogene producten. Het doseersysteem functioneerd op basis van volume (optie gravimetrisch met een weegplateau) met een bereik van 1-500ml. (optioneel tot 1000ml). De vulmachine is voorzien met producttoevoer via een elektronisch aangestuurde slangenpomp. Eventueel is er een extra slangenpomp te integreren, voor snelle productwisseling of producten af te vullen die met elkaar kunnen contamineren.

Fully automatic capping machine, Type DS
Fully automatic capping machine with one screw and/or pressure capping spindle. The capping spindle is equipped with pneumatic air driven motor and can be optional equipped with a Servo motor for high flexibillity and easy adjustment of the closing parameters (speed, torque, etc.). The packaging material or products are fed by a separate transport conveyor and inline automatic separated and positioned by quick exchangeable format parts. The products stay inline during this operation, or for higher capacity machines in a separate star wheel. The caps are automatically fed by a high flexible elevator with hopper to the capping machine. The DS capper is especially designed for flexibillity at small to medium size production runs.
